Sessions & Investment
I am proud to announce that ALL sessions are now FULL-SERVICE! What does that mean?
It means this:
•Pre-session consult either in-person, via telephone or video chat prior to your session.
I want to get to know you and what you would like to get out of this session!
•Use of available props (discussed during consult), backgrounds, clothing, etc that I have available for you.
•Full editing, touch-ups & enhancements are included for each image.
•You will see 30-40 images at your personal reveal/ordering session. We schedule this around 2 weeks post-shoot.
•During your viewing/ordering session, you get to sit back and relax with a drink while you see your portraits for the first time. You will also get to see & touch the full range of custom products I offer- from high-end prints to albums, metals, canvas & more!
Average investment is around $795; complete packages begin at $495 with a la carte options available.
Some clients invest $400 on their portraits, some $4,000... it all depends on what your needs are!
Simple Session • $325
(includes $200 print credit)
- Great for your kids' pictures or family pictures . This session is the most popular as it is very versatile. Shooting length is usually about one hour with multiple backdrops and poses. One extra outfit is optional. 30-50 images presented at your viewing/ordering appointment. Groups larger than 5 may include an additional charge***. Discount for multiple families.
Maternity Session •$325
(includes $200 print credit)
- Cherish those great mommy-to-be moments with a special photo shoot. This is done in a very relaxed atmosphere, giving you some quiet time to cherish as we capture the beauty of pregnancy. Spouses, siblings, etc are more than welcome to join in to get some sweet images with your belly as well. 30-40 images.

Cake Smash • $350
(includes $200 print credit)
- This is a fun (and messy) shoot! These will be photos you will be so glad you had the opportunity to document! Session includes multiple poses, backdrops and outfit changes, 10x10 collage print and a professional cake to match your theme of choice. (makes for a great end to the shoot!)
Newborn Session • $375
(includes $200 print credit)
- This is one of the most memorable photo sessions you will have with your new little bundle.
I prefer the newborn to be 10 days *young* or less, so these sessions are perfectly fine scheduled last minute, but please call in advance to give me a heads up to ensure I have the space. I have numerous gender neutral and gender specific props to use. Session can be done in studio with full use of my props & backdrops OR in the comfort of your home as a lifestyle session. 25-35 images. Engagement Session • $325
(includes $200 print credit)
- Have a little fun with your fiancee´ before the Big Day! Up to 40 images will be ready to view at your ordering session.
PS- This session is included at no additional charge with a wedding booking!
Parties, Reunions and Special Gatherings • starting at $150/ hour & includes digitals
- Invite BEL Photography to your special event and get some life-long souvenirs from the day! I bring my equipment to set up and take posed portraits of those who would like them. I also sneak around the crowd and catch some great candid moments. Great for family reunions and birthday parties! Prices vary depending on group size. Please contact me for further details. 2 hour minimum required
Session fee is collected as a deposit to hold your appointment*; session date/time is not guaranteed until this is collected.
You can redeem your full $200 pre-paid credit during your ordering session; if you do not follow through with the ordering session, print credit is not refunded.
If you choose an in-studio session, you will have full use of all props, outfits & backdrops. (There are hundreds!)
On-location shoots are done at a location of your choice (no travel fee within 30 miles of 49878) and is scheduled within 2 hours of sunset.
If you just can't decide where to go, I have plenty of suggestions!
I do not limit the amount of time I spend with a client, as I would like to make sure I get the shots we both are looking for, but most sessions last about an hour.
Session fees include photographer's time, talent & possible travel. Prints, wall art, albums & digital files require an additional purchase.
Full print collections starting at $495 with a la carte options available starting at $15 each.
